We experienced stellar service from this body shop. They ordered the part right away and scheduled our appointment right after receiving it. They did a perfect job with the repair and after that washed our pickup truck thoroughly. It is now cleaner than it has been in a long while. All the staff members I spoke with were very professional and friendly.

I had Iron Horse Auto Body straighten out my rear bumper on my 2013 Toyota Prius, and they gave me a fair price to do the work. They picked up my car from my home in Buellton, since their Buellton branch isn’t open yet, took it to their main shop in Santa Barbara to do the work. When it was completed, they delivered my car, spotless from them also washing it, inside and out. The bumper was reinstalled and looks showroom ready! Great job! The office called and texted me throughout the process, as we had to wait for parts, and I really appreciated the communication. These people know what they’re doing, and are honest!

I just picked up my 2014 Range Rover Sport after a collision I was in damaged my right front fender. They did a miraculous bringing my most favorite car back to life! I highly recommend this company.

Super satisfied with the work done on my 2017 Chevy Bolt. Lisa was attentive and understood all the details about what I wanted done. My car was cleaned inside and out for me when I came to pick it up. It looks amazing like it’s brand new again!

Okay so I never write reviews, EVER. But Craig and his shop deserve more than this review! Here is my back story: I was rear ended on shoreline and the guy who hit me (from the back) is now claiming it is my fault. It took months of fighting and hassling with insurance adjusters before I just decided to use my own insurance. I initially took my car to another shop because that is where the other person's insurance wanted to get an estimate. Terrible experience overall at that place and bad service. Anyways, after going through my insurance, I got to choose where I wanted to take my car and my boyfriend said everyone loves Iron Horse so we got it in that same week. Craig was awesome and more than happy to see us and do business. He communicated well with our insurance company and let me know what was going on. My car was finished two days earlier than estimated and I just picked it up today! CRAIG AND HIS STAFF PERFECTED MY CAR!!!! It literally looks brand new!! They also detail washed the entire car. Look at how freaking clean my wheels are! I highly recommend Iron Horse to anyone. Extremely professional, clean, timely, and friendly. We will be going back to them for our car we j
